If you are using bajelife on behalf of another person or a group, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or group to these Terms, and you accept these Terms on their behalf.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors from accessing gambling platforms. Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

Account Security

- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

Single Account Policy
Each player is entitled to register and operate exactly one account on bajelife. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under a different name, email address, or phone number by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajelife reserves the right to close all but one account, merge balances at its sole discretion, and void any bonus funds accumulated across the duplicate accounts.
All financial transactions associated with your account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on bajelife is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though higher-value deposits may trigger additional verification steps in accordance with our security and anti-fraud procedures. Deposits are credited to your bajelife wallet in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- bajelife does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which bajelife bears no responsibility.
- Deposited funds are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for physical currency or goods.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted before account verification is complete will be held pending the receipt and approval of the required identity documents.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours from the time of request approval, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider.
- bajelife reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, which may extend the standard processing timeline.
- Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 5 of these Terms. Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
- bajelife does not charge withdrawal fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.
Dormant Accounts
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. bajelife reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant account balances after this period, as notified to the account holder by email. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact customer support via live chat.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers on bajelife are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and expiry dates. Players should read the full terms of each individual promotion before opting in. General bonus terms are set out below; specific promotion pages contain additional conditions that apply alongside these general rules.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed account verification unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through a new account — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may trigger account review.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — once wagering requirements are met — are transferable to the withdrawable cash balance.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered before any withdrawal can be processed. Standard wagering requirements on bajelife range from 15x to 40x depending on the promotion type.

- bajelife reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already claimed by players prior to the modification.
Seasonal Promotions
bajelife runs special promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladeshi sporting and cultural calendar, including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season, the T20 World Cup, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). These campaigns are subject to the same general bonus rules set out above plus any additional conditions published on the relevant campaign page.
Bonus Abuse
bajelife takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Behaviour constituting bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — arbitrage betting to clear bonus requirements, placing offsetting bets on the same market to guarantee a wagering contribution without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, and colluding with other players for the purpose of bonus manipulation. Where bonus abuse is identified, bajelife reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the relevant accounts, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Betting & Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on bajelife. Specific game rules — including rules governing individual casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets — are published within the relevant game interface or market page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Placing Bets and Wagers
- All bets and wagers must be placed using real-money funds or eligible bonus funds held in your bajelife account. Bets placed using funds unavailable at the time of placement will be voided.
- Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. bajelife reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical faults, incorrect odds publication, or manifest pricing errors.
- bajelife reserves the right to impose individual or market-level stake limits at any time. Players who consistently exploit pricing inefficiencies or place bets in patterns consistent with professional arbitrage may have their maximum stake levels reduced without prior notice.
Sports Betting
bajelife offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Settlement of all sports betting markets is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA). Where the official result is disputed or delayed, settlement may be deferred until the result is confirmed.
- In-play markets are available on selected events. bajelife reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of significant price movement or suspected irregular activity.
- Bets on abandoned or postponed fixtures will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
Casino and Live Casino
Casino games — including slots, table games, and live dealer titles — are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcome integrity is the responsibility of the relevant studio. bajelife is not liable for any technical errors occurring within a game studio's software environment, though we will act as an intermediary to assist with dispute resolution where required.
- Malfunction voids all pays and play. In the event of a game malfunction, affected rounds will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the game studio's stated malfunction policy.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on bajelife. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform in any way.
- Money Laundering: Using bajelife for any purpose connected with the laundering of proceeds of crime. bajelife maintains active anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to competent authorities.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any casino game or sports betting market for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker, angle-shooting in live dealer games, or coordinated arbitrage betting.
- Use of Automated Systems: Accessing or interacting with the bajelife platform using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other system that does not constitute genuine human play.
- Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the bajelife platform's backend systems, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for financial gain, or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way.
- Offensive Conduct: Using abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language towards bajelife staff or other players in any communication channel including live chat or support tickets.
- Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register on behalf of a person under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account credentials to access the platform.
bajelife employs active monitoring tools and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Players who believe they have witnessed prohibited conduct by another player should report it to our support team via live chat. Reports will be treated confidentially.
Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your bajelife account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving your request, bajelife will process the closure within 24 hours. Any withdrawable cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Responsible Gaming Closure
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — please inform the support agent at the time of your request. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from reopening their account or registering a new account on bajelife for the duration of the exclusion period. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
bajelife reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Confirmed or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Confirmed or suspected engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
- Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute from any payment provider connected to your account.
- Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring cessation of service to a particular player or jurisdiction.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bajelife will endeavour to complete the relevant investigation and communicate its outcome to the account holder within 14 business days. During an active suspension, the account holder will be unable to access their account, deposit funds, place bets, or request withdrawals.
Disputes
Any dispute arising from an account suspension or closure decision should be submitted in writing to the bajelife support team via live chat in the first instance.
